While Ann is happy to serve all clients in his market, she has a passion for redemption/foreclosed homes. She loves to turn a negative situation into a positive one.

As a result, she works closely with attorneys, auctioneers and investors. Ann provides them with insight on the possible of benefits of buying back or selling their home on the open market to redeem their property to help their credit and get cash to move.

Marketing foreclosed homes does require a special expertise that Ann is happy to share with clients to help them get a new start.

Education thus becomes a part of the marketing mix and Ann reaches out to inform clients of the economics, durability, and livability of redemption homes. When not assisting Genesee county home buyers and sellers, you'll find Ann reading books specializing in the different aspects of real estate and foreclosures. She also enjoys spending time with her three grown children and nine grandchildren.

Barbara Sack was born in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada and became a naturalized US citizen at age 16. She studied nursing and was a Labor and Delivery RN for 27 years. Moving every 2-3 years as a youngster, taught her much about selling, buying, packing and unpacking.
